 "....One of the most important objectives of our Government is to solve the housing and urbanization problems of our country through effective and contemporary solutions. Through the planned urbanization and housing provision program of our Government, we are eager to provide adequate housing units with affordable
repayments for all our citizens, especially for low-income families, in contemporary livable settlements that have all the social facilities of modern life. On the other hand, through this housing mobilization, our Government also aims to revitalize the construction sector and the whole economy, and aims to find an alternative solution to the unemployment question.
I believe that this country-Ievel programme and implementation of our Government would be beneficial for all our nation and for all our settlements in the sense that it would contribute to the redevelopment of Turkey. "
