PRESIDENT OF PRIME MINISTRY HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION

President BAYRAKTAR was born in Trabzon in 1949. Graduated from the Civil Engineering Department of State Engineering and Architecture Academy, Istanbul. He had a master's degree from Istanbul University, Institute of Science. For one year, he participated to English language and professional education programmes in USA. He served as General Director of various enterprises (especially on construction) for the Metropolitan Municipalities of Ankara and Istanbul. He participated several conferences, seminars and courses on housing, housing cooperatives, land development and real estate invetsment in Turkey, in several countries of Europe and in USA. Has been acting as the President of Housing Development Administration of Prime Ministry since December 2002. Married and has five children. He speaks English.
